Shop Policies


Processing times vary by product, but typically will ship out with 4-7 business days. Processing times may increase up to 2 weeks during peak times (ie holidays and during sales).

Once your order has been dropped off with the shipping carrier, I no longer have any control over it. That includes delays and damages. Should there be any significant delays or damages with your order, please file a case with the shipping carrier.

Stickers (unless ordered with something else) will be shipped First Class with a stamp. This means tracking will not be available (for us or for you). You will be notified when your order ships and delivery estimates are 5-7 days. Just a reminder, we are unable to be responsible for any delays or damages in shipping.

For Hand-Painted Pots, I will work my best to pack all hand-painted pots all safely as possible. But should there be any damage in shipping- we are not liable. Each package is insured through USPS and it is the customer's responsibility to file an insurance claim with USPS. No replacements will be offered as these are one of a kind. 

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations


We accept cancellations for items as long as it’s requested before the order has been shipped. Exclusions are custom items and/or digital items.​


We typically do not accept returns but please contact me if there are any issues with your order. Should you be granted an exception for a return, you are responsible for return shipping costs and no refunds will be offered for original shipping fees.


We accept exchanges on specific conditions. Please reach out to me if you're looking for an exchange. You will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
